SES ordered 28 satellite platforms from K2 Space for a next-gen MEO constellation ("meoSphere"), targeting service by 2030. K2 platforms cost ~$15M each; 100-satellite option included. Specs: 20 kW/satellite, optical ISLs at 100 Gbps, up to 4 Gbps parabolic throughput. First meoSphere satellites to launch 2029. This is SES's own post-mPOWER sovereign infrastructure roadmap — it was not captured in prior sweeps and should be added to the priors STRATEGIC FRAME.
