Firefly's own revenue forecast puts launch at roughly a tenth of the business

As the brief logged it

Peter B. de Selding (Space Intel Report RSS and @pbdes, 2026-08-13 16:22Z) reports Firefly guiding to ~$435M revenue this year with "90% of it from spacecraft" and "just 2 more Firefly Alpha launches this yr, not 3" — a further trim beyond the 4→3 cadence cut priors.md recorded on 08-12. Firefly's Aug 11 call transcript (now in `inbox/`) corroborates the direction: record $1.5bn backlog driven by lunar/spacecraft programs, a Space-ng acquisition, and management framing the company around Blue Ghost, Elytra and Ocula rather than Alpha. One of the named non-SpaceX launch hopes is de-emphasising launch.
